"Call Me Caitlyn": Bruce Jenner Transformation

After the highly televised interview with Diane Sawyer, the audience with left wanting to know exactly what Bruce Jenner would look like when he transformed into his female form. We were even left wondering what his chosen name would be. Much speculation circled around the name "Paula", but nothing was ever made official, that is until now.

Bruce Jenner barged into the fashion scene with a cover on one of the most popular and reputable magazines in the world. He appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine with the title that read "Call me Caitlyn", and his appearance was shocking and impressive all at the same time.

For a man in his 60s, Bruce Jenner really does clean up well as a woman. Caitlyn is one of the hottest women in Hollywood today; she's even got a dedicated fan base already. In less than 24 hours, Caitlin's Twitter account was the fastest growing in history. As of right now the Twitter account has 2.4 million followers with only just four tweets to have garnered all of this attention. Bruce officially introduced Caitlyn to the world via twitter:

And debuted her vanity fair cover.
There was speculation as to why Bruce didn't choose a name that started with a K, and for obvious reasons, he chose to spell Caitlyn with a C to set himself apart from the Kardashian clan.

While there has been a majority vote for support within the Kardashian – Jenner family, there was one person who is rumored to not be in agreements with the announcement; Khloe Kardashian didn't seem to take the news all that well, Jenner stated in his Diane Sawyer interview.

And while some didn't take kindly to the news, others didn't even recognize Jenner on the cover of Vanity Fair. Kim Kardashian recently spilled the beans about her brother Rob not even recognizing Bruce Jenner as Caitlyn on the cover of the magazine. According to her, when she sent a mass email with the cover of the magazine to everyone in the family, Rob responded with "Kim why are you sending me this?" followed by "Who is she and why do I care?"

After learning that it was Bruce on the cover, Rob was shocked and called his stepfather and they reportedly had a nice moment over the phone.

We congratulate Caitlyn for coming out to the world, we at The Mothers Diary are an open minded bunch. What do you think about the transformation, and do you think Caitlyn Jenner should get his own reality TV show? Connect with us on Twitter using the #MDCaitlyn.
